Interschools Basketball Tournament

Two schools joined us, Kilgarth and The Observatory, to shoot some hoops whilst getting the opportunity to meet players from the legendary local basketball team, Cheshire Phoenix.

Between games, the teams got the exclusive opportunity to spend time with the players of Cheshire Phoenix basketball, who are a professional team based in Ellesmere Port. Pupils were eager to chat to them, get their autographs, and pick their brains about the basketball world.

Providing our pupils with inclusive activities such as these is important, as it helps them strive for their goals and boosts their life skills. Thank you to Mr Evans and all of the staff who supported all of the pupils; you are reminding them their abilities are never limited.
